Has been on for service 5 weeks since aug 2.very disapointed

Sorry to hear that, I've been thinking about getting one. I think I'll stick with my '08' America. Besides, none of that anti-freeze to mess with.
Hope it gets straightened out for you. A lot of that has to do with the dealer...sad.

   Your waiting problem is your dealer! I've had my T'bird since 2010 and have only had 1 issue that was an o-2 sensor, my dealer had one removed from one on the floor and got me going. My last bike was an America I really didn't like it. It got totaled when I got rearended by a fool text messaging.  My bird handles better, has the 1700 BB kit so it accelerates better and I get 53 mpg on the highway. The best part is I haven't seen the back end of a Harley yet!
